It’s in the lower thirties and raining just like it has been all freaking week. It’s April – rain I expect, but it would be nice to keep it in the forties. Maybe hit the fifties on occasion for a special treat.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t too ridiculously cold on Saturday or Sunday, so I did get out a bit for some walks. On Sunday I was in the metroparks and even managed to take this<\/a> which I think is a nice picture. This week I want to hit the big outdoor store out here (Galyan’s) and get some light-duty hiking shoes. I’ve ruined too many other shoes by going out on trails in them so I think it’s time to get a pair dedicated to going out a hiking.
