There are some other lists out there, but they aren&#8217;t terribly well maintained, and this may be the only one that&#8217;s really focused on open-source solutions.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve got something you&#8217;d like to see here, just head over to my contact page and drop me a line.  I&#8217;ve got a few ideas for projects I&#8217;ll link here, but I need some more time to set that up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mirth Project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I haven&#8217;t used this one myself, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mirthproject.org\/\">http:\/\/www.mirthproject.org\/<\/a> seems like they have a decent integration solution for generalize health care specific integration.  I get links from time to time from their web domain to nule.org, so they must know about me.  They&#8217;ve never tried to contact me so they must not be using any of the software here, but I think their focus is a bit different.  HL7 Comm and Browser are more tools to be used at a desktop, although HL7 Comm certainly can be used as a kind of &#8220;mini&#8221; integration engine.
